This listed home, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean, has undergone a careful restoration, with the main goal being to preserve and restore each of the original elements.
All the façades have been restored using a specially selected material to withstand the conditions of coastal areas, ensuring both durability and aesthetics. Due to the deterioration of some components, elements such as the railings were replaced, always respecting the original design and style. Additionally, the terraces and roofs were waterproofed, transforming them into fully accessible spaces to allow the enjoyment of every corner of the home. The sundial, an especially cataloged element, was restored by a person with a degree in Fine Arts, who dedicated themselves to its thorough restoration.
This project has successfully revitalized a Mediterranean architectural gem, respecting its essence while adapting it for modern and functional use.
