We are currently working on the complete renovation of two homes located in the historic center of a town near Barcelona. Originally, it was a two-story house that was divided at one point to create two independent residences: one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.

Given the age of the building, the structure has certain deficiencies, so it is necessary to carry out a structural reinforcement to ensure the safety and stability of both homes.

This project presents a challenge that allows us to respect the history of the property while adapting it to the structural and functional demands of modern life.
