The redistribution of this 130 m² apartment responds to the new needs of a family, allowing us to transform part of the home to create spaces that inspire peace and spaciousness.

Originally, the home had very bright areas and others that were darker, so the goal was to bring light into all the spaces, relegating the less illuminated areas to rooms that don't require as much light, such as the bathrooms.

The selection of materials has been key in this remodel: natural materials and light colors enhance the natural lighting, while the adjustments in the layout promote a more fluid and open atmosphere. This approach allows us to give each space a calm and welcoming ambiance.
