The renovations carried out in this 20th-century listed home, designed by Duran i Reynals and covering an area of 200 m², aimed to preserve and revitalize its original character. In the kitchen, the original structure has been respected while optimizing the space to achieve greater functionality. The communication between the kitchen and dining room has remained intact, allowing for a seamless connection between both spaces.

To provide the younger members of the family with their own space, the attic has been converted into a versatile and cozy area. During the renovation, the original beams were stripped and treated to fully integrate them into the new design, adding authenticity and character to the space.

The character of the home has been carefully preserved, keeping the original furniture and adding a modern touch through select decorative elements. Maintaining the original structure was essential in this renovation, allowing us to integrate modernity without losing the historical essence of this unique home.
