In this complete renovation of a listed home of over 700 m², located in a majestic 20th-century building, we have brought out its immense hidden potential.

The renovation focused on recovering and conveying the original aesthetic essence, respecting the charm of the property and integrating its distinctive style into every corner of the interior. The original elements have been carefully preserved, while the new ones have been designed to align with the home's aesthetic.

On the other hand, the home had significant humidity issues inside due to its location facing the sea. To address this, we applied a specific material throughout the basement, which has yielded excellent results.

The layout was adapted to the needs of the moment, as the home was in its original state.

To achieve total harmony in the space, we selected materials such as natural wood, iron, and porcelain in earthy tones, combining various textures that provide cohesion and warmth to each area of the home.
