Complete renovation of an apartment in the residence Las Arcadias conceived with a very clear objective from the beginning: making the most of the available space. The project focused on optimizing the layout of the apartment and integrating custom-made wardrobes, significantly increasing storage capacity without visually overloading the spaces.

The apartment already had abundant natural light, so the design focused especially on improving nighttime lighting comfort. To achieve this, a system of recessed LED lighting was installed in ceilings and shelving, creating a warm, elegant, and highly functional atmosphere for everyday living.

From an aesthetic perspective, the aim was to maintain a classic and serene character in harmony with the building’s surroundings, while incorporating new furniture with modern lines that brings freshness and comfort to the space. The result is a balanced, practical home designed to be enjoyed every day.
