We have worked on the full renovation of two homes located in the historic center of a town near Barcelona. Originally, it was a two-story house that was later divided to create two independent dwellings: one on the ground floor and another on the first floor.

Given the age of the building, the structure has certain deficiencies, so it is necessary to carry out a structural reinforcement to ensure the safety and stability of both homes.

This project has been a challenge that allowed us to respect the building’s history while adapting it to the structural and functional demands of modern living.
