En 2010, junto con JMES Estudi d’Arquitectura, llevamos a cabo la rehabilitación integral de este edificio plurifamiliar, un proyecto que combinó respeto por la historia arquitectónica con las necesidades contemporáneas de habitabilidad y eficiencia.

Our goal was to preserve the original identity of the building, maintaining its most representative features, such as the façade and the interior staircase, which were carefully restored to retain their essence and heritage value.

The result is a fully updated building with 18 modern and functional apartments designed to provide maximum comfort to residents, along with a spacious commercial space on the ground floor.

This project is a clear example of how renovation can revitalize a building, preserving its history while adapting it to current standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
